Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
• Develop and maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in resident care and services.
• Identify and report any changes in resident status or condition to the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals.
