Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join Lakeside Health & Rehab Center in a SNF setting. The RN will assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

Part-time opportunities are available. Candidates must hold an active RN license in NC and CPR/BLS certification, with strong EHR and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in NC.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Strong supervisory skills or experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in a SNF setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, policies and procedures.
