About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at North Lake Care Center, a state-of-the‑art facility dedicated to providing sub‑acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24‑hour skilled nursing care. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses, administering medications, and developing care plans for our residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
