Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RI RN license.
• Valid BLS CPR.
• 2+ years nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing laws, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents, and families about changes in condition.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Promote safety and adherence to regulations and standards.
