Job summary

Morgan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN to join our clinical team. This facility emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care in a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting.

The RN will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed with thorough documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration. We offer daily pay and a range of benefits for full-time, part-time, and PRN staff.

Qualifications

• Active RI RN license required.
• Valid BLS/ CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
