Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical and operational activities of the nursing department.
• Promote safety and quality by monitoring care and ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Ensure nursing staff have resources and support to deliver high-quality care.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement improvements.
• Oversee clinical resources, supplies, equipment, and personnel.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee integration of clinical affiliate students and learning environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
• Assist with staffing planning and performance evaluations.
