Job summary

Fernandina Beach Rehabilitation and nursing center is seeking an RN Supervisor for the full-time overnight shift from 11p to 7a. The role supervises nursing staff and oversees day-to-day activities under the Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Florida, preferably a BSN, with IV, CPR/BLS certifications and strong regulatory knowledge. English proficiency is required with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory requirements for nursing care centers.
• English literacy; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and updates to care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and as conditions change.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care, including ADLs, meals, meds, and therapy participation.
