Nexushm is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical teams and oversee resident care in our Illinois facility. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure care plans are followed, and maintain compliant documentation and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
