Job summary

Nexushm is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee resident care operations and support nursing staff at our long-term care facility. If you are a dedicated RN with strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure care plan compliance, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation while monitoring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Illinois.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation
• Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Education
