The role is full-time, Monday–Friday (3–11p) with a pay rate of $41/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
