Apple Rehab Laurel Woods is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing services for residents and ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports a warm, family-oriented environment with part-time, full-time, and per diem options.

Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day activities, coordinating with the Nursing Director, and adjusting care plans with medical staff to address emergencies. Weekend on-call availability and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Planning, overseeing, and executing nursing services for residents while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supervising day-to-day nursing activities to guarantee high-quality care.
• Collaborating with the Nursing Director to strategize operations and emergency support provisions for shifts.
• Coordinating nursing activities with medical requirements, physician directives, and care plans.
• Directing charge nurses to ensure residents receive proper care.
• Adjusting care plans with medical staff to address emergencies.
• In absence of superiors, assume operating decisions as needed.
• Ensure adequate relief staff and notify physicians of significant changes in resident conditions.
