Job summary

WeCare Centers is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our Jameson Center team in New Castle, PA. You will lead nursing staff, oversee patient care, and coordinate clinical operations to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license, has prior acute or long-term care supervision experience, and demonstrates strong communication, coaching, and compliance skills. We offer competitive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Valid PA RN license required.
Experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred.
Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a professional role model by providing leadership, support and guidance.
Maintain nursing staff performance through interventions with DON/HR/Administrator.
Ensure safe environment and proper techniques.
Ensure proper documentation by nursing staff.
Communicate with Residents, families, vendors and interdisciplinary team.
Participate in compliance and quality improvement activities.
Complete staff evaluations, coaching, education, and supervision.
Monitor direct care and conduct audits to ensure high-quality care.
Take on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
