Focus Health Network, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our long-term care facility in Pennsylvania. You will oversee nursing staff and ensure residents receive high-quality care according to individual care plans and state regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an active PA RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of experience in long-term care, with strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in PA.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure residents receive high-quality care per care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and medical situations with timely and appropriate interventions.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
