This role focuses on supervising nursing staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the DON and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid PA RN license required.
• Experience in acute or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Maintain nursing staff performance in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and HR.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment and proper techniques.
• Ensure accurate documentation by nursing staff.
• Communicate with Residents, families, vendors and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement committees and audits.
• Complete nursing staff evaluations, coaching, education and supervision.
• Monitor direct care and conduct audits to ensure quality of care.
• Assume on-call duties with Nursing Leadership staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
