Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey (unencumbered) required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 1+ year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC) required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families.
• Ensure staff follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
