Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and mentor nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure residents receive high-quality care. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license in New Jersey, have an applicable nursing degree, and ideally 1+ year(s) in long-term or subacute care. Full-time and part-time options with sign-on bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift and oversee patient care activities.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
