Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in New Jersey seeks an LPN Supervisor to lead and mentor a dedicated nursing team, overseeing daily clinical operations and guiding staff to deliver high‑quality resident care in a warm, supportive environment.

You will supervise shifts, manage medication distribution, and ensure compliance with regulations, while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement within the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associates degree in Nursing is required.
• Licensed practical nurse license in New Jersey is required.
• Experience in long-term care or subacute settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts, monitor medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties per local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
