Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff in delivering resident care.
• Perform admissions/discharges assessments and develop care plans.
• Complete and document services for billing and care records.
• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status.
• Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and staff are educated.
• Monitor infection control and care trends to drive improvements.
