Job summary

Mountain Laurel Healthcare in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will direct care plans, supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR/BLS, and prior management in LTC. BSN preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with active licensure.
• Prior management/leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Directing, initiating and implementing resident Plan of Care.
• Performing resident assessments and monitoring vital signs.
• Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Preparing equipment and applying dressings and monitoring patients.
• Overseeing clinical operations and administrative duties.
• Administering prescribed medications and injections.
• Leading and guiding LPNs and CNAs.
• Assisting in admissions and discharge processes.
• Maintaining accurate resident records and documentation.
