Job summary

Mountain Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities during the shift and ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. The role collaborates with the DON/ADON and other leaders to maintain quality resident care.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license, CPR, and experience in long-term care, with strong planning, communication, and supervisory skills to manage nursing staff and resident care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the shift.
• Ensure care quality aligns with federal, state, and local standards.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and regulatory surveys.
• Assist in discharge planning and care coordination with the DON/ADON.
• Maintain clear, timely communications with residents, families, and staff.
