Job summary

Allied Services in Wilkes-Barre, PA seeks an RN Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing operations on a designated shift. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise staff, delegate duties, ensure policy compliance, and deliver quality patient care for adults in a long-term care setting.

You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in Pennsylvania, plus CPR certification. At least three years of LTC experience and one year in supervision preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained and maintained.
• Three years of RN LTC experience with one year in supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Skilled Nursing facility for the assigned shift.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure quality patient care.
• Oversee administrative and professional policies for the shift.
• Supervise all disciplines in absence of Administration.
