Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care in a per diem schedule.

The role requires leadership, compassion, and adherence to regulatory standards; you will coordinate care, mentor staff, and maintain safe, supportive environments for residents and team members on all shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in PA in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure staff follow clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Create and maintain individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor quality of care and address resident needs promptly.
• Report abuse/neglect and investigate incidents per regulations.
• Ensure adequate staffing and coordinate staff assignments.
• Mentor nursing staff and uphold high practice standards.
• Perform additional duties in nursing leadership as assigned.
