Alliance With Clients Corporation seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in Maryland to directly supervise 1–25 staff in the Residential Health Service Department. You will interview and train staff, plan, assign, and direct work while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.

The role requires an MD RN license, CPR/First Aid, and 2+ years in supervision/home health. You will assess clients, develop care plans, and collaborate with families to meet care goals.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current, unrestricted MD RN license.
• Two years’ supervisory/administration experience in home health.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage with clients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 1–25 staff in Residential Health Service Department.
• Interview and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop caregiver service plans.
• Review MARs and ensure proper transcription and safety.
