Job summary

Capital City Nurses, a Care Advantage Inc. company, seeks a dynamic Registered Nurse (Home Care Supervisor) to lead our Personal Care Team across Howard County MD and Frederick County MD.

This full-time role offers a chance to mentor staff, develop individualized care plans, and ensure top-quality patient care in the community. You will oversee caregivers, coordinate with physicians, and ensure regulatory compliance while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule and mileage reimbursement for home

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland (compact/multi-state accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year in a nursing role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical leader, mentor, and advocate for patients, caregivers, and the community.
• Develop tailored plans of care addressing medical needs and family involvement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans; report changes to physicians.
• Lead and supervise Home Care Nurses, Aides, and Personal Care staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality care.
