Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NY Registered Professional Nurse licensure is required.
• Minimum of three (3) full-time years of clinical nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Maintain clinical competence via ongoing education, seminars, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, facilitates, and implements orientation and ongoing education programs for HHAs, PCAs, and nursing staff.
• Conducts field visits to assess staff, supervise aides, and ensure orders are carried out.
• Provides hands‑on nursing care during assessments and reassessments.
• Maintains patient records and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
