Job summary

ArchCare seeks an experienced Nurse Educator in New York to coordinate orientation programs and assess, design, plan, implement, and evaluate educational offerings for staff across the organization.

You will design mandatory class models for facility employees, plan Basic Life Support sessions, and develop competency testing aligned with regulatory guidelines to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum 3 years RN clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates orientation programs and assists in assessment, design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs for employees and staff.
• Designs and implements mandatory class models for facility employees.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements Basic Life Support classes.
• Develops, plans and implements competency testing of personnel following regulatory guidelines.
• Attends department meetings and other meetings requested by the Director.
• Annually assesses learning needs of the employees.
