Job summary

Valley Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our interdisziplinary treatment team in a Group Home setting. You will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and HCAs while delivering nursing services and coordinating with physicians.

You will develop care plans, ensure documentation accuracy, and implement physician orders. The role requires WV RN licensure, an associate degree or diploma, and experience with MH/I/DD/CD populations.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia RN license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or diploma required.
• Experience with MH, I/DD, or CD populations preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversees personal care in a Group Home setting.
• Records vital signs, intake, output, and other data as ordered.
• Administers medications as ordered by a physician.
• Provides professional nursing supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and HCAs.
• Develops and ensures care plans align with physician orders.
• Performs monthly medication reconciliation and observes patient safety.
