Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota is essential.
• Previous experience in geriatric care is preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Determine resident needs with input from nursing staff.
• Oversee LPN, TMA and CNA employees during shifts.
