St. Francis Health Services is seeking a Full-Time & Part-Time Registered Nurse for West Wind Village in Morris, Minnesota. This is a long-term care facility that values health and well-being in residents, offering competitive wages and solid job security.

The RN will supervise nursing staff and provide direct care to residents in accordance with medical plans, ensuring optimal care. Eligible candidates will have nursing qualifications and may benefit from a Sign-On Bonus ranging from $2000 to $2500 based on the shift.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota is essential.
• Previous experience in geriatric care is preferable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Determine resident needs with input from nursing staff.
• Oversee LPN, TMA and CNA employees during shifts.
