Job summary
Valley View Manor, a Residential Health Care Facility, is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our team. We offer flexible 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts and a supportive interdisciplinary environment focused on dignity and respect.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervising CNAs, medication administration, wound care, and following nursing policies. Strong Minnesota RN licensure and effective communication are required; sign-on bonuses are available for full- and part-time roles.
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to interact with diverse people and foster a team philosophy.
- Ability to negotiate and interact with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Administer medications and provide wound and treatment care.
- Provide general nursing care according to facility policies.
- Address issues in the patient care plan for nurse review.
