AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervise clinical support staff. You will coordinate daily activities, working with multiple disciplines and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a California RN license, 2+ years in geriatric nursing, and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with a valid California license.
• Minimum 2 years’ geriatric nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervision/management experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing staff activities and clinical support.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments and regulatory agencies.
• Interact with regulatory bodies as needed and ensure compliance.
