AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervise clinical support staff. You will coordinate daily activities, working with multiple disciplines and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a California RN license, 2+ years in geriatric nursing, and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with a valid California license.
• Minimum 2 years’ geriatric nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervision/management experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually

Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
