AltaMed Health Services is seeking an LVN nurse supervisor for the AltaMed PACE clinic in California. This role oversees all nursing care, works with multiple departments, and coordinates front office and back-office patient care to keep clinic operations efficient.

The position requires a California LVN license and a valid driver’s license, 1–2 years in outpatient settings, and 1–2 years in a supervisory role. BLS certification is required; EHR/EMR experience is preferred.
