Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality patient care, while assisting in planning, directing, and evaluating all nursing services in the facility.

The role focuses on geriatric patient care, requires NYS RN licensure, and emphasizes supervision, organization, and regulatory compliance in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Licensed in NYS as an RN.
• Compassion and desire to work with geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality patient care is maintained.
• Maintain a safe and effective resident care environment.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing for resident care.
• Complete hourly rounds to ensure policy compliance.
• Receive and handle family and resident complaints.
• Uphold customer service standards for the nursing department.
