Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Spring Valley, NY, is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on 3-11 and 11-7 shifts. The role emphasizes maintaining high-quality geriatric care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.

You will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing services, ensuring adequate equipment, supplies, and staffing to support excellent patient outcomes. NY RN license required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Licensed in NYS as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassion and desire to work with geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality patient care in the facility.
• Ensure a safe, effective resident care environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained

• Ensure that a safe and effective resident care environment is maintained at all times

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating all nursing services provided in the facility to achieve desired clinical outcomes

• Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Assist in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available for the delivery of the prescribed resident/patient care

• Complete hourly rounds of the facility to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
