Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team in Spring Valley, NY. The role includes ensuring the highest quality patient care and supervising all nursing services within the facility.

You will help plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing care, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adequate staffing to support geriatric residents. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Licensed in NYS as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Compassion and desire to work with geriatric population.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained
• Ensure that a safe and effective resident care environment is maintained at all times
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating all nursing services provided in the facility to achieve desired clinical outcomes
• Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Assist in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available for the delivery of the prescribed resident/patient care
• Complete hourly rounds of the facility to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
• Receive and handle family and resident complaints
• Assist in ensuring customer service standards for the nursing department
