Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL seeks a Wellness Center RN for PRN shifts in the wellness clinic. Hours are 9:00 AM–1:00 PM every other Sat/Sun and 1:00 PM–7:00 PM on Wed/Thu. The role promotes whole-person wellness and health education for residents.

Responsibilities

Wellness Center Nurse - RN

This position is PRN in our wellness clinic.

with hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM every other Saturday and Sunday and from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM every Wednesday and Thursday.

An opportunity exists for a Wellness Center RN to perform a variety of health and wellness duties that promote a healthy lifestyle and support whole-person wellness opportunities for residents.

Assignments may include but are not limited to participating in resident and family education and counseling on health promotion.

• Creating newsletters and coordinating health screenings and presenting monthly wellness briefs to communicate wellness promotion throughout the community.
• Providing direct care and maintenance of the clinical record for each resident receiving care in the Wellness Center.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, and previous work with the geriatric population is preferred.
• Graduation from a School of Nursing for Registered Nurses is required.
• Current State Licensure in the state where practicing is required.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
