Job summary

White Mountains Community College is seeking an RN Supervisor for LNA/MNA programs in Manchester, NH, on a contract basis. This role ensures program compliance with NH BON regulations, reviews candidate eligibility, recruits instructors, and oversees curriculum alignment.

The Supervisor collaborates with the Healthcare Program Delivery Manager to schedule partnerships, ensure Canvas-based course updates, and maintain OPLC communications and certification processes for program graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or BON Train the Trainer certification.
• Five years’ RN experience in hospital or long-term care.
• Current RN license and NH BON good standing; valid driving license or transportation access.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and recommend instructors for BON appointments.
• Hire, train, and mentor instructors; set up review schedules per BON requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate instructors.
• Assist instructors with online, lab, and clinical assessments as needed.
• Oversee curriculum and program development; review textbook selections.
• Conduct clinical site assessments; maintain BON communication and affiliations.
• Update LNA curriculum and CANVAS syllabi per changes.
• Manage OPLC communications and paperwork; issue completion certificates.
• Inform OPLC of qualified instructors and hires.
