Job summary

Lakes Region Community College in Laconia, NH seeks a part-time Program Coordinator to coordinate the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) program. Responsibilities include administrative support, syllabus setup, Canvas course management, and coordinating clinical sites in compliance with the NH Board of Nursing.

The role reports to the Nursing Department Chair, offers up to 8 hours per week, and can be combined with instructor positions. A nursing or education background with RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Education as stated.
• Three years’ nursing experience with at least one year in LTC.
• Valid RN license and NH driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Program.
• Provide administrative, technical, and logistical support.
• Develop LNA classes, schedules, and syllabi; set up Canvas courses.
• Coordinate LNA clinical sites and ensure BON compliance.
• Recruit, select, and supervise adjunct faculty for the LNA Program.
• Maintain program records and assist with curriculum updates.
