Job summary

Continuum Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Johnstown. This full-time role covers 2p-10p and 10p-6a (12-hour options 6p-6a) with a generous sign-on bonus in a 63-bed skilled facility.

Responsibilities include supervising nurses and aides, coordinating with the DON, monitoring resident care, and ensuring accurate MARs and PCC charting. PA RN license is required.

Qualifications

Licensed registered nurse in Pennsylvania.
Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care.
Wamiliarity with MARs and physician orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise nurses and aides for the long-term care facility.
Assist with med carts and nursing operations as supervisor.
Coordinate with Director of Nurses and implement changes.
Monitor resident care and report changes to the DON.
Assess new admissions and document in 24-hour report.
Ensure proper documentation on MARs and notes.
Liaise between nursing staff and physicians, especially after hours.
Check supplies and ensure equipment functionality.
Perform patient charting in PCC.
