WeCare Centers is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. This leadership role focuses on clinical excellence, staff development, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and teamwork.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of 7500 and a 7p-7a shift, with hourly rates ranging from 40 to 48 depending on travel incentives.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to health status changes.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Provide coaching, education, and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection prevention standards, and company policies.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes and staff engagement.
