The Bridge Family Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee medical services for adolescents in Hartford (and Manchester) CT, with supervision of RN activity across multiple residential programs. The role includes coordination of medication administration, training staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Travel to various Bridge programs in CT is required. Hours are part of a 30-hour workweek with flexibility to align around program schedules, and an Endorsed

Qualificações

• Must hold RN license and degree.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport residents.
• Willingness to become Endorsed Instructor for Medication Administration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage medical and health-related services for residents of the group home(s).
• Work with program staff to follow DCF medication administration guidelines.
• Review medical histories and ensure informed consent and releases are in records.
• Develop and document individual care plans and nursing assessments.
• Provide on-site testing, monitor vital signs, and supervise medication administration.
