Job summary

Activate Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a distributed team of RN Assessors across Massachusetts, ensuring quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. This senior role combines hands-on coaching with audits and performance management to deliver accurate in-home assessments.

You will mentor staff, optimize scheduling, and maintain optimal coverage while coordinating with care management. A BSN and MA licensure are required, with 3+ years of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (MA).
• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience including home health or community-based assessment.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Auditing and quality assurance experience a plus.
• Comfort documenting in GuidingCare and leading a remote field-based team.

Responsibilities

• Lead RN Assessors, overseeing quality, productivity, and development.
• Audit assessments pre-submission to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Manage caseload, scheduling, and territory planning.
• Collaborate with program leadership and care management teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Promote field safety and team coaching.
