Job summary

Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Clyde, TX is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a nursing degree, and proven leadership skills; prior supervision in long-term care is preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to serve America’s Heroes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in this state.
• Must possess leadership/supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities:
