Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Moorestown, NJ, is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role, every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active New Jersey RN license and CPR/BLS, plus at least 2 years of nursing experience with supervision. We offer competitive pay at $45–$50/hr, with benefits and leadership support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Previous supervisor experience needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
