Job summary

Skilled Nursing NY is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift to lead our evening nursing team in Seaford, NY. The role focuses on overseeing clinical care, coordinating staff, and ensuring resident safety.

You will oversee care plans, document accurately, liaise with physicians and families, and uphold state and federal regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff throughout the shift.
• Ensure residents receive timely, appropriate nursing care.
• Respond to clinical concerns and changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medications, treatments, and direct resident care as needed.
• Ensure care plans are followed and clinical records are completed accurately.

Now Hiring: Full-Time RN Supervisor | 3 PM – 11 PM

Join our nursing team and take the lead in providing excellent care to our residents. We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable Registered Nurse who can oversee evening-shift operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Work Schedule

• Full-time evening shift
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend required

What You'll Do
