The Grand Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3PM–11PM shift in New York. This role leads the evening nursing team, ensures smooth operations, and maintains quality care within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license.
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently.
• Basic computer/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Now hiring 2 RN Supervisors for our 3PM–11PM shift.

Pay: $60–$63 per hour

Full-Time: 5 days per week, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends
Part-Time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 3PM–11PM

We’re looking for an experienced RN who can take the lead on the evening shift and keep nursing operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
