Job summary

Fulton Commons Care Center in New York is hiring two RN Supervisors for the 3PM–11PM shift to lead the evening nursing team and ensure smooth operations and high-quality resident care.

Offers $60–$63 per hour with both full-time and part-time options, weekly pay, sign-on and referral bonuses, and growth opportunities within long-term care. Eligible candidates hold a NY RN license and have LTC/SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license.
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently.
• Basic computer/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift.

Now hiring 2 RN Supervisors for our 3PM–11PM shift.

Pay: $60–$63 per hour

Full-Time: 5 days per week, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends
Part-Time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 3PM–11PM

We’re looking for an experienced RN who can take the lead on the evening shift and keep nursing operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift

• Monitor resident care, documentation, and follow-through

• Provide clinical guidance to nurses and CNAs

• Address resident and family concerns

• Review care plans and resident needs
