Job summary

The Grand Healthcare System in New York is hiring two RN Supervisors for the 3PM–11PM shift. Pay is $60–$63 per hour with both full-time and part-time options.

As an RN Supervisor you will lead the evening nursing team, monitor resident care, review care plans, and coordinate with nursing leadership to maintain quality care. NY RN license is required; LTC/SNF and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license required.
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions independently.
• Basic computer/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Now hiring 2 RN Supervisors for our 3PM–11PM shift.

Pay: $60–$63 per hour

Full-Time: 5 days per week, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends
Part-Time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 3PM–11PM

We’re looking for an experienced RN who can take the lead on the evening shift and keep nursing operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
• Monitor resident care, documentation, and follow-through
• Provide clinical guidance to nurses and CNAs
• Address resident and family concerns
• Review care plans and resident needs
• Respond to changes in condition and clinical issues

What We’re Looking For

• Current NY RN license
