The ideal candidate holds a BSN (preferred), active RN license in Florida, and certifications in IV therapy and CPR/BLS. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to coordinate care and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license in state of employment.
• Current RN license in Florida.
• Peripheral IV and CPR/BLS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and care center standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee day-to-day activities during shifts.
• Assess residents on admission and with changes in condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care as needed.
