Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a full-time evening shift (3p-11p) in Florida. This role supervises nursing staff and oversees day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and oversee day-to-day activities during assigned shifts.
• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care.
• Assess residents on admission and as conditions change.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care including ADLs, meals, medications, treatments and leisure activities.
